First things first: booking your custom itinerary.
You can make a booking here. We’ll talk you through the process and send a payment link.
Remember, this applies to trips up to 10 days in length. If you’re looking for something longer, then get in touch.

Once we’ve received your booking, we’ll send you a travel questionnaire to discover your travel style, dates, budget, etc.
Don’t worry - it’s a short form! But it’ll give us a solid starting point to get planning.

If necessary, we’ll schedule a call to finalise the details.
We’re happy to chat on the phone, Zoom, or even email. Whichever is easiest for you.
Generally, we’ll send through a proposal to ensure you’re happy with the overall route. And then a final itinerary with all the crucial details.

We’ll send your custom itinerary 5 to 7 working days after your order has been made.
It’ll come by email and in the form of a PDF , Word, or Google Doc (whichever works best for you).
We’re confident you’ll love your travel plan - but there’s also one round of revisions included with custom itinerary and deep dive bookings and we’ll get those done asap.

We’ve driven the roads we recommend, sampled the distilleries, and explored the castles, so unlike many faceless tour operators, our advice is genuine and personal.

T&Cs

Trips can last up to 10-days.
Trips longer than 10 days or with overly complex elements will cost more, and you should contact us in advance for a custom quote.

Sadly we can’t book hotels, restaurants or travel for you.
However, we will provide a comprehensive list of providers for you to book with.
Every provider is recommended in good faith; any issues you have with them should be resolved directly with the provider in question.
But let us know of any less than top-notch experiences.

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance ahead of your trip.

Once we’ve sent you either a proposal or full itinerary, you have strictly up to two weeks to reply with amends or request revisions.
After two weeks we’ll do our best to help - but as we have other clients, we simply cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to.
If at any point you have concerns about requesting revisions or any other concerns or questions, please contact us asap.

Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds will be offered. However, we will do everything we can to ensure you’re satisfied.
Please ensure you’re happy with the T&Cs and what’s included in the package before booking, as we cannot issue refunds.
